About us

 

Carbone Nordic AB has been a subsidiary of Carbone Lorraine since 1929.

In May 2010 we changed name to Mersen Nordic AB.

The company is well established in the northern area of Europe with a long experience in our different fields of applications for the Nordic and Baltic industry. 
Mersen Nordic AB represents all three different product divisions within the Mersen group:

• Electrical Protection; fuses, thermal management.
• Electrical Applications; brushes, brush holders.
• Advanced Materials; graphite, composites, insulation.
  

We also have a production unit for brushes for Electrical Applications.

Staying at the same building in Sundbyberg for 75 years,  we decided to move to new premises giving us the opportunity to optimise our operation.
Since 2004 Mersen Nordic is located in Akalla in the Northwest outskirts of Stockholm conveniently accessible between the city and Arlanda International Airport.
